Values

The values taught enhance our students' minds and enrich their souls. We work hard not only to produce quality students but quality individuals as well.  Parents know that the Christian values they have taught at home are reinforced at school.

St. Rose students become well-rounded individuals.  Students take on active roles in weekly masses.  Students visit Embassy Care, a home for the elderly.  They also visit Trinity, a group of homes for mentally handicapped adults.  Finally, St. Rose students routinely undertake service projects for the community. 

Tradition

St. Rose has a rich history of students who excel.  Since 1947, our graduates have earned degrees from many fine universities and continued on to prestigious careers.  Additionally, three of our current teachers are St. Rose graduates.

Our graduates are not just alumni; they are family.  Many current students are the children, and even the grandchildren of former students.

Academics

Quality, experienced teachers are the catalyst for our excellence in education.  Our teachers average 14.5 years of teaching experience.

St. Rose graduates routinely rank in the top ten percent at Joliet Catholic Academy, Providence Catholic, Bishop McNamara or Wilmington Public High School.

In the last five years, our students have earned awards in Math, Science, Writing, Spelling, and Speech.  (Speech is an extra-curricular activity.)
